Summary: The room smelled terrible, the bathroom smelled terrible, the water in the shower did not get warm, the linen on the bed smelled terrible, overall I meant my money for nothing

Summary: No elevator. Hotel is being remolded. My shower need a grab bar for the shower and a shelf on the wall of the shower.

Summary: I made a reservation in February. I called three days before we were going on our trip to let them know. I would be arriving late so that they wouldn’t give up our room. When I got there, they had given up our room. The room we received had no phone in the room and the TV did not work. The room had a smell to it. It was dirty. The breakfast was very basic housekeeping never came to clean our room. I had to ask for them to come take out the garbage get new towels. It was a sad experience.

Summary: It was convenient location for what we needed & price and probably as clean as it would get but the breakfast options were limited, staff was on a "smoke/social break" when needed and I had to go outside to get her. We also were glad that we were on the second floor, given the questionable activity. I expected more out of a quality inn.

Summary: I was appalled at this place. I took pictures to have verification…mold on the outside of every AC unit, massive dumpster in front of hotel near entrance, rust all over the bathtub, husband had to fix the toilet as it wouldn’t flush, patchwork drywall unfinished, holes along baseboards into walls, TP shoved into prep hole of door,ceiling tiles missing in hallway, stains on the bathroom towels. We couldn’t get a refund because we booked through Hotels.com but we sure as heck paid out our hard earned money to book a stay at a different hotel in town. This place was disgusting. Front desk staff was super friendly….only plus to the entire experience.
